Club Sandwich

Ingredients
  • 6 slices sandwich bread
  • 2 teaspoons mayonnaise
  • 6 thin slices deli turkey
  • 6 thin slices deli ham
  • 4 slices bacon, fried crisp
  • 2 slices white cheese
  • 2 slices yellow cheese
  • 2 lettuce leaves, washed and drained
  • 1 small tomato, sliced
Directions
  • 1. Toast bread until golden brown.
  • 2. Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice bread.
  • 3. Roll deli meats, if desired.
  • 4. To assemble: layer meats, sliced cheeses, lettuce and tomato on bread, using three slices bread for each sandwich (one slice for top, one slice for bottom and third slice in middle of sandwich).
  • 5. Cut sandwich into fourths. Secure each fourth with toothpick.
