Creamy Fruit Dip

Ingredients
  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
Directions
  • 1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and lemon juice until creamy.
  • 2. In mixer bowl, whip cream until thick. Add sugar and continue to whip until stiff peaks form.
  • 3. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture.
  • 4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  • Serve with fresh fruit.*

  • Makes 2 1/2 cups
Tips

*fresh strawberries, melon, grapes, pineapple or other favorite fruit

Tip: Add two drops pink or green food color if desired.
