Cheese Ball

Ingredients
  • 2 8 ounce packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 3/4 cup pecans, chopped
Directions
  • 1. Thoroughly mix all ingredients, except pecans.
  • 2. Refrigerate until easy to handle.
  • 3. Form into a ball. Roll in chopped pecans.
  • 4. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
